What delivery options are available?

We currently offer the following two delivery options for getting your order to you:

DPD Standard Delivery: £3.99 or FREE IF YOU SPEND £75

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays
  • Expected delivery date will be emailed
  • For contactless delivery you can include details of a safe place or neighbour for your delivery. DPD will send you a text/email on the day of delivery where you can add these details.
  • *Please note: To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the minimum order value of £75. Should your order be below that amount, the fee is £3.99.

DPD Next Day Delivery: £6.95

  • Next Day delivery: order by 11am on the day and get your delivery the next day between 9am- 6pm (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays and weekends
  • Or choose a day within the next two weeks
  • You’ll receive an email when your order has been despatched, which will include tracking information
  • *The cut-off time may change during busy periods
  • For contactless delivery you can include details of a safe place or neighbour for your delivery. DPD will send you a text/email on the day of delivery where you can add these details.
    *Please note: Next day delivery is always £6.95.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with the expected delivery date.

All orders from Petsandlifestyle can be delivered to an address located in the UK only. We do not offer international shipping.
